Last suggestion would be some more bounce. Cloudstone Curio, Erratic Portal and Crystal Shard to ensure you always can play an ally/changeling.
I like the bounce idea a lot. I used to have
Mirror Entity in there, until the game where I got
Mindslavered and my awesome board got wiped with a zero activation.

Reaper King only gets played if I draw
Artificial Evolution. Changing all his card text from Scarecrow to Ally is brutality. Karona just makes me think I'll regret it when it hits me in the face.

Did your Sliver deck, by chance, run Sliver Legion? If so, make him your general and catch people off guard. Then, when they are secure in the fact that you are playing Allies instead of slivers, drop a Hivestone on them and make your Allies big, scary, and slightly more sliver.
Aside from that:
A Riptide Replicator could go well here, to fill in those times when Allies are running a bit low.
On the same note, you might consider Volrath's Laboratory.
Vastwood Animist isn't a bad ally, and fairly cheap costed considering. I'd prefer it over Rune-Tail of Brooding Saurian, but those might be more of meta choices.
If you wanted more clones, then Vesuvan Doppelganger and Sakashima make good choices. Also Phyrexian Metamorph, which can serve to copy your artifacts as well.
If you can find the room, Splinter Twin might help with some of the allies, such as Hagra Diabolist.
My only other suggestion would be that Venser, the Sojourner also fits in pretty well, with his ability to bounce your allies that don't get counters to increment them every turn. Unblockable is nice too.
Oh! And maybe a Garruk Wildspeaker to help out that mana curve.
I love the Sliver Legion idea, but every time I sat down at a table with my Sliver deck I got the "Oh God! Slivers!" groan and pretty universal board hate. Might be a decent choice for my possible 5-color Human tribal deck.

I would snap up a
Riptide Replicator in a heartbeat if I could find one in a trade binder.
I actually just removed the
Animist. I don't think I ever used his ability.
Splinter Twin going to +$7 makes it unlikely that I'll trade for one.
Venser, the Sojourner was in there previously, but got moved to my Blue/White Merfolk deck. I broke that deck, so I'll definitely move him back.
Overall, I definitely get the message about more clone effects. The issue then becomes what do I pull?
Favorite unforeseen interaction in this deck:
Agadeem Occultist+
Proteus StaffIt was so good!
