I've moved around a few of the forums for better organization. Hopefully it doesn't cause anyone significant confusion.

We've added a new "Decklists" forum, for discussion and review of any one particular list. The "Strategy" forum will be reserved for more general discussions. That's not to say that lists of cards can't be discussed therein, but full decklists should be posted under Decklists (and perhaps linked to from a Strategy thread). To start the process, I've migrated a few example threads.
